It is EXACTLY TRUE.
I have learnt many things from strangers I've met in my life. But you know, the attire of people misleads us to think that well-dressed people possess lot of things which we can learn. In my mission to read people I realised that people who talk less can easily become talkative if we find out what they are really interested in. But their interests and the things they know are different.
